Project Call application
When you apply for a Project Call, we process the details you submit in the application form, in particular your name, email address, the property or project you are describing, its location and stage, and your timing. This data is processed to assess and respond to your enquiry and to prepare a possible contract, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Applications that do not lead to cooperation are deleted after twelve months.
Project documents
If we work together, you send documents relating to your property, in particular floor plans, photographs, video, information on the building and financial assumptions. This material is processed solely to perform the agreed service, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Project files are retained for the duration of the project and afterwards for as long as required by statutory retention obligations, in particular under § 147 AO and § 257 HGB, and are deleted thereafter.
Data relating to third parties
Material you send may contain personal data of third parties, for example current tenants, the seller, or people visible in photographs. You are responsible for ensuring that you are entitled to pass this material on. We process such data only to the extent necessary to perform the agreed service.
Disclosure at your instruction
Where you ask us to send deliverables or information to your contractors, your bank or your tax adviser, we do so on your instruction and only to the recipients you designate.
Contact email (Google Workspace)
Emails to hello@masha-immolab.com are processed via Google Workspace. The processor is Google Ireland Limited; Google LLC (USA) may act as a sub-processor. A data processing agreement is in place.
Booking data (Zeeg)
Appointment booking for the Real Estate Strategy Session (Consultation) and the Project Call is handled via Zeeg. Personal data submitted during booking is processed by Zeeg as a processor. Payments for paid bookings are processed through Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.) as part of the booking flow. Payment details are entered directly with Stripe; we do not receive or store card data.
Calendar integration
Confirmed bookings are added to Apple Calendar / Apple iCloud for scheduling purposes.
Video meeting provider (Zoom)
Sessions are held via Zoom. Zoom processes meeting metadata according to its own policy.
Fonts (Google Fonts)
This website loads the typefaces Prata and Inter from Google Fonts. The provider is Google Ireland Limited.
Hosting and infrastructure
The website (masha-immolab.com and www.masha-immolab.com) is hosted on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare also provides DNS. Lovable is used as the website editor and is not the live hosting runtime.
WhatsApp and Telegram
Where you choose to contact us through these messengers, the communication and any material you send are processed on the infrastructure of the respective provider, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. and Telegram FZ-LLC, under their own terms and privacy policies. If you prefer not to use these channels, please contact us by email at hello@masha-immolab.com.
